Southern Soirée specializes in custom and made-to-order goods.

By approving a digital proof:

  • Southern Soirée is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.
  • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or licensing regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, product names, photography, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Southern Soirée unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Use our designs for commercial purposes

without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time
  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities per customer

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers only and subject to separate wholesale agreements.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on product type and customization level.

  • Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Custom items are final sale.
  • Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
