RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because Southern Soirée specializes in custom, made-to-order products:

  • All custom items are final sale.
  • Orders enter production after proof approval.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.
  • No cancellations are permitted once production begins.

This includes:

  • Custom invitations
  • Personalized cups
  • Custom napkins
  • Foil stamped goods
  • Letterpress items
  • Any item made specifically for your event

2. Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized stock items:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Email photos of the issue to [Insert Email].
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for minor color variations due to screen differences.

4. Shipping Issues

Southern Soirée is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees apply.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated in a signed wholesale agreement.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital products are final sale.
No refunds will be issued once files are delivered.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Southern Soirée to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the product and level of customization.

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time due to design approval and printing processes.

Estimated processing times:

  • Stock items (non-personalized): 3–5 business days
  • Personalized cups, napkins, and party goods: 5–10 business days
  • Custom invitations & stationery suites: timelines vary based on design approval and printing method

Production does not begin until proofs are approved for custom orders.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping transit times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)

Please note that these are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Southern Soirée is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High seasonal shipping volume

If your order is time-sensitive (such as for an event), we recommend selecting expedited shipping and ordering early.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Southern Soirée is not responsible for lost packages.
  • If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the carrier, Southern Soirée is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box
  • The packaging materials

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders may ship separately depending on product availability.

Large wholesale orders may require freight or multiple shipments.

Wholesale customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.

International Shipping

At this time, Southern Soirée primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
