As a general rule, we recommend 2–3 cups per guest for most events.

Consider ordering additional cups if:

• Your event includes an extended bar or beverage service
• Guests will be switching between beer, wine, cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages
• Your venue requires plastic cups on the dance floor or in certain areas

For longer events or when using frosted cups for all beverages, we recommend 3–4 cups per guest.
